Refunds

STWA offers a “Money Back Guarantee” on any faulty products sold on its website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and believe the product is faulty, STWA offers our customers their money back, a replacement product or a credit on your next purchase. Please complete our Return of Goods Form if you wish to return a product.

As we require proof of purchase, please ensure you provide your receipt number or a copy of your receipt. Returns cannot be accepted without proof of purchase.

Any returned items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund freight charges on delivery or return of goods.

If you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address or goods are sent to an incorrect delivery address or are returned to us for any reason, we will have to charge you a re-delivery fee.
